Ken attended Pennsylvania State University receiving a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemical Engineering.
After serving as a First Lieutenant in the U.S. Public Health Service, he obtained his law degree, cum laude, from The George Washington University National Law Center.
Ken then served as Law Clerk to The Honorable Marvin Jones of the United States Claims Court in Washington, D.C.
Thereafter, he joined The Bendix Corporation/Allied-Signal Inc. (now Honeywell International, Inc.), serving as Assistant General Counsel.
He then joined the law firm of Deutch & Associates. Since 2010, Ken has maintained a private law practice in Livingston, New Jersey.
He is admitted to the bars of New Jersey, Virginia and District of Columbia and is a member of the New Jersey, Essex County and American Bar Associations.
Ken is also a member of the New Jersey Association of Professional Mediators and is a New Jersey Superior Court approved Mediator.
